A well established Sales Consultancy and Training company in the UK.
Situation
A UK Sales company with existing channels and clients in Europe required formal support in the Middle East, formal Business Consultancy advice for presenting their presence on the internet, and desired to win new consultancy business in the UAE.
The client also had a network of trainers and consultants and required a mechanism to keep these updated on a timely basis for both new and existing assignments.
Solution
Met with key potential future clients in Abu Dhabi, presenting the benefits and solutions of doing business with our client as above. Reviewed with the client’s senior management and selected trainers and consultants the mechanisms and facilities required to fulfil their objectives as noted. Looked at the set-up of the Training and Consultancy assignments to review the Agency Support mechanisms required for these.
Attended a sample training course to see the course in operation, reviewed the materials, the basis and operations behind.
In conjunction with our web/internet development partner, produced a business specification of how to fulfil the Client’s requirements to keep the trainers and consultants fully up to date with the business and future course, assignments, etc.
End Result
After due discussions in Abu Dhabi, assisted in signing a new consultancy contract in Abu Dhabi for the clients Sales Consultancy expertise.
Following the business review of the Training and Consultancy services set-up a full online, business presence and associated agency/partner specific areas of the same.
